The Neilsen Ratings company has been calling for weeks now and I%26#039;ve been ignoring the call because I don%26#039;t wish to participate in the survey. Last week they mailed me a survey and in the envelope was 5$ in CASH! I still don%26#039;t want to complete the survey, and don%26#039;t really want the hassle of returning the cash. Am I within my legal rights to keep the cash since I never agreed to do the survey?|||Yes, there is nothing illegal about keeping money they sent you.
(Hence you never agreed to comply with their survey reqirements or to answer their questions)
