I want a freebie website ( the ones with offers ) that offers cash through PAYPAL as a gift. I want one that pays out instantly, not one that pays everyone on one day of the month. A website like Macrobucks, but macrobucks had to many dead offers.

Reply:most are scams. i found a good one 'greenfield online' by going to http://www.surveyreportcard.com. it pays by paypal too.
